RM high core rockfill dam,with a height of 315 m and a volume of 4800×104m3,is located at the upper reaches of Lancangjiang river.With a long filling duration,huge excavated volume and compact means of transportation,the construction process is very complex.And it is hard to accurately obtain some important parameters in construction design for RM high rockfill dam with conventional method.According to construction design of RM high rockfill dam,haulage and placement of rip-rap subsystems are integrated.Based on the previous,construction simulation system for RM high rockfill dam is established.The HRFDSIM_RM system is developed by object-oriented technology and database technology and it is applied in the analysis of construction simulation of RM high rockfill dam.With the help of HRFDSIM_RM,the key parameter of construction design for RM high rockfill dam can be easily got,such as such as filling construction strength,mechanical equipment utilization,road utilization,which provides technical support for the construction and construction management organization.The main contents and achievements of the paper are as follows:Firstly,with the help of Microsoft Visio software platform,haulage and placement of rip-rap of CYCLONE graphical modeling work is done by using pre-defined CYCLONE model library.Secondly,Based on the above analysis,the HRFDSIM system is developed with the help of VC++ software platform and database technology,which provides a convenient and scientific methods for the analysis of RM high rockill dam construction simulation.Finally,the global sensitivity analysis method,Expanded Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test was applied in the analysis of sensitivity of mechanical parameters in RM high rockfill dam construction simulation system.The first-order and overall global sensitivity coefficient of each parameter illustrate the effect on RM high rockfill dam of each parameter,which provides guidance to construction management and construction organization.
