Technical And Economic Evaluation On The Transition Of Railway Freight Yard To Modern Logistics Center In China

In recent years, with the economic globalization and the deepening of China’s economic reform, modern logistics has gradually become the core industry to promote China’s economic development. In the modern logistics network, the railway freight yard is an important node,but also China’s railway freight industry for the public window platform. China’s existing freight yard in the facilities and equipment level, value-added service capabilities, talent construction, information technology and other aspects have been unable to keep up with the pace of development of modern logistics, and thus the transformation of freight yard to the modern logistics center is the only way to freight reform, Modern logistics development on the new requirements of the railway. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation of China’s railway freight yard to modern logistics center,this paper draws the necessity of the transformation of railway freight yard in China. At present, this paper uses the level - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a technical and economic evaluation system for the transformation of a freight yard to a modern logistics center, which is not suitable for the transformation of freight yard to modern logistics center. The technical and economic evaluation system of the technical and economic aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of the freight yard, scientific and objective way to the modernization of the logistics center to analyze the situation, to assess the success of the freight yard transformation program, and give conclusions and specific countermeasures.Through the analysis of Beijing Dahongmen freight yard, verify the evaluation system is practical, concise and operable.
