Research On Maintenance System Of The Braking System In EMUs

Along with the rapid development of railway construction and technical equipment,High-speed EMUs have been in operation for more than 20 provinces in our country.The number of EMUs has crossed 2500 and the accumulated operation mileage has been over 2 billion kilometers.Maintenance support work plays a vital role in order to ensure the security continues and efficient and economic operation of EMUs.Although significant progress has been made in the operation and Maintenance work of EMUs after many years of accumulation,traditional single periodic maintenance mode system can't adapt to the demand require already,Backward of maintenance system has become the bottleneck of restricting in the operation and maintenance of EMUs.As the key part of EMU,braking system's stability and reliability affects the operation security of EMUs directly.The maintenance mode of braking system in EMUs has no mature experience in domestic at present.This article first study on the brake technology of major models for EMUs,analysis the operation quality of braking system in recent years,through which can I master the maintenance status quo and the quality condition and design improvement of braking system combined with my work experience in EMUs operation department for many years.Secondly,with the study of major maintenance modes of EMUs,established maintenance mode based on preventative repair combined with corrective repair and condition based repair,according to this model establish the maintenance procedures for the braking system of CRH380B(L)EMUs.Finally,according to the actual implementation status of braking system in EMUs studied advanced technical methods and means of condition based repair,such as strengthening the on-board data analysis and fault diagnosis analysis,completes tracking information of key components,etc,in order to improve the status of condition based repair,achieve the goal of optimization maintenance of braking system.With the research on maintenance system can increase the pertinence of the braking system in EMUs,not only to improve the professional level of maintenance for braking system,but also to improve the cognitive level and professional maintenance quality of maintenance staff,has important significance to research on the maintenance system of other key system in EMUs.
