| Since the energy distribution and economic development is unbalanced,it is imperative to transmit the power from the west region to the east,which promotes the development of Chinese electric power industry.With the development of large capacity and high voltage transmission technology,a large number of power equipment are put into the transmission line.A large number of ferromagnetic materials are used in electric power equipment,such as silicon steel sheets.The loss and magnetization characteristics of silicon steel sheet have important influence on the electromagnetic and temperature rise of the transformer.It could provide important reference for the design and manufacture of transformer to study the loss separation of ferromagnetic materials.Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51577066 and51307057)and based on the Bertotti’s loss separation model,it was be done to study the iron loss separation of ferromagnetic material by changing the frequencies and flux density.Then a new method of separation for iron loss of grain-oriented silicon steel sheet is presented under sinusoidal supply based on the Bertotti’s separation model.What’s more,a method of prediction for iron loss is presented in this paper.At last,the method was verified through testing the hysteresis loss of the samples by the D-C magnetization characteristic measurement.According to the Bertotti’s model,it is done to test and separate the iron loss of the core model of the silicon steel sheet.The results of core model are compared with the results of the ferromagnetic material.At last,the loss coefficient of the ferromagnetic material is studied in this paper. |
