All kinds of application to digitization and automation has the feature of covering power network planning,construction,operation,operation and maintenance and other aspects,application of information technology into all aspects of grid operation and management,has made many landmark achievements.However,production of the existing power grid application system is the business or the Department Based on the needs of existing data formats of different platforms,different application system,and to consider the use of data from the Power Grid Corp in the whole production process point of view,this led to the power company internal system information resources scattered,not horizontal sharing,between the upper and lower levels of longitudinal through difficulties.The scientific development of the work of daily power generation dispatching plan needs to build a grid day ahead scheduling management system,which provides a scientific and efficient technical support for the operation and management of power grid generation dispatching.In this paper,the construction target and the overall design of the pre-Japanese power generation system are presented.While the design of combined unit in three days before the meeting scheduling,power market,energy saving and emission reduction under the condition of different scheduling mode(SCUC)system,based on the optimization objectives and constraints on the SCED system,through the system design and Implementation on optimal re optimization under different objectives before generation plan.Completed the plan of southern Hebei power grid intelligent dispatching support system,development of data unified,advanced technology,complete functions,coordination and optimization of the development of intelligent power grid scheduling technology support system platform,with flexible boundary parameter detection,intelligent data set,adaptive grid model and algorithm flow,perception and other important functions objective to improve the dispatching operation plan optimality,flexibility and efficiency,improve the level of lean and intelligent scheduling management level,to provide strong technical support for the formulation of planning and scheduling in smart grid environment.
