After the transformation of SCR denitrification in Xingtai Guotai 2×300MW coalfired power plant,the increase of flue gas resistance is very large,and the risk of air preheater clogging is increased.But,the original turbocharger has a larger pressure head margin,and single desulfurization booster fan configuration program reduces the reliability of the unit.In response to the national call for energy conservation and environmental protection,it is necessary to transform the induced draft fan and booster fan.Through data collection,analysis of coal quality data,combustion calculation,scheme comparison and so on,we finally determined the transformation plan with considering the feasibility and economic aspects.Respectively,transformation is carried on draught fan flue,electrical,thermal control,civil engineering etc.Determine the total project investment of 21 million 630 thousand yuan.After the transformation,the possibility of generating unit trip is reduced,and the reliability of the unit is increased.At the same time,the power consumption of the plant is reduced,the corresponding facilities are reduced,the operation and maintenance is simple,and the flue arrangement is simple and compact.The performance test and comparison of the unit before and after the transformation are carried out,then we conclude the change of economic benefit.Test showed that: after the combined reconstruction,Although the height of the desulfurization tower is higher,the spray layer is increased and add a low temperature economizer after transformation,the running resistance of the unit is also increased,But the overall power consumption rate is decreased.The purpose of transformation is Achieved.It has a good guiding significance for the transformation of the combined reconstruction,and has good popularization value.
