By the national '12th five-year' development plan,Xilingol have been determined as the national energy base and the stay-dot of 'AC-DC-AC' ultra high voltage transmission projects.Under this background,the number of transmission equipment in Xilingole area increase,the local power grid is developing rapidly.Power grid operation equipment management and daily maintenance of increasing pressure,has gradually evolved into a bottleneck restricting the development of power grid.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the regional power status,solve the traditional maintenance mode of equipment based on equipment operation cycle maintenance effectiveness and pertinence,shipment inspection personnel increasingly shortage problem.Xilin Gol Electric Power Bureau to carry out the substation equipment maintenance range on 10 k V and above voltage.For the system of state maintenance management work well,this paper makes a research on condition based transformer equipment maintance.This paper introduces the basic requirements of state maintenance and the relevant technologies are discussed,the development of Electric Power Bureau in Xilinguole substation equipment maintenance decision support system,and the system of the practical application of results are analyzed.The system through the pilot installation of online monitoring device as an auxiliary signal collection method to evaluate the status of equipment.To achieve a real-time evaluation,periodic evaluation,trigger and regular evaluation of equipment state maintenance plan drawing of 10 k V voltage level and above all types of substation.The use of the existing types of high voltage equipment in Xilinguole Electric Power Bureau tested the practical research on the development of this set of state maintenance support decision system The work of data acquisition,data processing,state evaluation and preliminary decision making of power transformer,SF6 high voltage circuit breaker,current transformer,voltage transformer and other equipment are completed.The results show that the system can accomplish the intended function.Able to reflect the true state of power transmission equipment,auxiliary equipment maintenance decision guidance has a strong practical application of online monitoring equipment.The equipment makes the evaluation more accurate.According to the traditional maintenance model 2016 year,Xilingol Electric Power Bureau have to arrange 2277 devices power preventive test.Utilize the maintenance planning function calculation proposed by this paper,only schedule 767 sets of equipment maintenance.The maintenance and repair work will be reduced by more than 60%,greatly reduce the pressure of the power grid maintenance.Meanwhile,the power supply reliability and the maintenance cost of equipment are reduced effectively,which is of great significance to improve the performance of the asset life cycle.
