With the intensification of the greenhouse effect,the extreme environments are prevalent in many situations.The duration of high temperature is very long in summer.The extreme environments have put forward a severe challenge to the health and safety of the outdoor workers.The research of human physiological heat stress in outdoor high temperature environment is an important part of HVAC thermal comfort.Physiological responses when working in outdoor high temperature environment,the mechanization of different relieving measures,and the relationships between physiological responses and their influence factors are important subjects to ensure safety and avoid accidents.First of all,in this paper,based on the theoretical basis of the human physiological response in outdoor high temperature environment,the heat stress experiment,relieving measures experiment and heat tolerance experiment were carried out.The intensity of solar radiation,ambient temperature,WBGT,relative humidity,heart rate,blood pressure,rectal temperature,thermal sensation and fatigue degree were mainly measured.The relevant conclusions were obtained.Secondly,the change regulation of physiological responses in the work process were obtained.The physiological responses when working in outdoor high temperature environment with weak solar radiation were compared with those when working in outdoor high temperature with intense solar radiation.The relieving mechanization of heat stress were studied by the physiological responses when working in outdoor high temperature environment with different relieving measures.The relationships among the physiological parameters during work in outdoor high temperature environments were obtained.According to these relationships,a simple method for calculating the rectal temperature was established.Then,the significance analysis of the effects of the outdoor ambient temperature,labor intensity and intensity of solar radiation on the physiological parameters was individually conducted.The results indicate that the effects of the outdoor ambient temperature,labor intensity and intensity of solar radiation on the physiological parameters were different.The result shown that most of the physiological parameters are mostly affected by the labor intensity,and the second is the ambient temperature.A design idea of calculating PSI was put forward.A portable hand ring for detecting heat stress index of human body was design with the early warning classification of PSI and the design idea.Safe work time was calculated based on the safe physiological limit.Cox regression method was adopted to study the influence factors of the safe work time.Finally,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was used,the safety comprehensive evaluation index to the work in outdoor high temperature was established and use the index assess the sanitation work during the summer,it is useful in designing the related regulations of labor safety.
