With the application of solar energy as a new green energy gradu Ally promotion,new photovoltaic system bypass switch module is becoming more and more important.The performance of photovoltaic(pv)system and its components put forward the more strict requirements in the market.Compared to the traditional bypass schottky diodes,new bypass switch module has the average conduction significantly lower pressure drop,greatly reduce the power consumption,less leakage current,and many other advantages.This paper is based on the charge pump bypass switch module design.In this paper,main work is as follows:1,First of all,on the basis of the application of photovoltaic system bypass switch,we compared the advantages of the new bypass switch module with traditional schottky bypass diode and system design index is put forward.Illustrates the new bypass switch module by control IC,VDMOS,ceramic capacitor three sections for system-level building and calculated the parameter of the new bypass switch module.2,A variety of the working principle of charge pump structure are analyzed in detail and the advantages and disadvantages,finally confirmed on the basis of cross coupling charge pump module,cooperate with the voltage output module,detection module,the oscillator stage four parts for the design of the control IC.3,Based on a company's 0.18 um 40 V BCD technology platform,we designed the the specific circuit parameters of oscillator module,charge pump module,detection module,the output stage these the four modules on Candence of the simulation platform.Then,drawing the layout of the charge pump IC.At the same time,in this paper,analyzing the process of the bypass switch module of SIP package and evaluAting the detail parameter of the bypass switch module VDMOS and external capacitance.4,The finally the control chip,VDMOS and bypass switch module were tested respectively.Test results show that the input voltage of 0.7 V,the duty ratio is 5%.Under the typical application of photovoltaic system,the new bypass switch module average conduction voltage drop below 0.1 V,leakage current under 10?A,basic meet the design requirements.
