Research On Low-cost Rural Landscape Renovation Planning

Half of the “beautiful China” is in the “beautiful village”.The level of urbanization of China has exceeded 50% in 2013,which means that there is still half of the population in rural areas.It is imminent to renovate rural landscape in order to promote the overall development of rural areas and improve rural living environment.However,there are many limited factors in the rural landscape planning process to restrict the comprehensive development of the country,such as the theory guidance system of rural landscape renovation planning is imperfect,insufficient funds for regulation and planning,lack of renovation planning strategy,poor quality of actual landscape effect,and lack of planning evaluation system,etc.It is not practical to copy the ordinary rural landscape planning theory to solve all the problems in rural development,while it may result in many problems in economic,social and ecological such as aggravate rural economic burden,destruction of rural regional characteristics and ecological environment.This paper presents low cost strategy research to rural landscape renovation planning based on the current rural landscape development,in order to provide help and advice for the rural landscape renovation planning and the future development of the beautiful rural construction smoothly.First of all,this paper integrates related materials about research background and current situation of this topic through referring to literatures and investigating on the spot,using the model of “ask questions—analyze questions—solve questions”.Based on this,this paper studies the concept and basic theory of rural landscape renovation,and clarifies the research object and scope,summarizes the main problems of the current low cost rural landscape renovation planning.Proposed three implementation drivers of low cost rural landscape renovation planning,eight basic principles of regulation planning,detailed description of the specific strategies and methods of regulation planning.Through the comparative analysis of the low cost and high cost rural landscape renovation planning cases,combining with the renovation planning practice of Dadoushan village in Tai'an,applying the low-cost theory to its regulation planning,and introducing the principles,models and methods of the regulation planning of Dadoushan village.Test the feasibility of low-cost renovation planning concept,providing effective models and methods for the implementation of Low-cost rural landscape renovation planning.Through making a combination of the rural landscape renovation and planning theory,this paper realizes the modern connotation and lay a good foundation for the further development of rural landscape renovation planning.It is noted that the paper finally offers relevant methods to solve the problems by analyzing present situation of the rural landscape development model,high input,low output and lack of rural characteristics,and the urgency of implementing low cost rural landscape renovation planning,propose the related methods of solving the problem.This paper summarizes actual case studies and uses advanced ideas to explores the low cost rural landscape planning principles,cost reduction,program innovation mode,so it can serve the masses and equally realize the rights of citizens.The implementation drive,principle and method of the regulation plan,which is proposed in this study,provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the planning work of Low-cost rural landscape,which has a profound influence on the future development of rural landscape.
