According to the statistics,residential building energy consumption accounts for one-third of the world’s total energy consumption,air conditioning and thermal energy consumption accounted for more than 55% domestic residential energy consumption,building energy saving caused social concern,to take the necessary scientific measures to reduce the consumption of building energy.Take necessary scientific measures to reduce the consumption of building energy,especially in the heating and cooling energy consumption have great practical significance.Solar radiation is the main building energy consumption in summer,the indoor cooling load caused by solar radiation accounted for about 25% of the total energy consumption of air conditioning,and use external shading measures for high-rise residences can reduce the amount of solar energy entering the building,thereby reducing the consumption of indoor cooling capacity,ultimately reduce the total energy consumption of the building.This paper builds a high-rise residential model through eQuest software,simulate indoor and outdoor environment.To explore the influence of external shading changes on high-rise residential energy consumption of the four cities,study the changes in energy consumption in different regions.The details include:(1)The cooling energy consumption,heating energy consumption and total energy consumption of each area of each building affected by the change of external shade.(2)The heating energy consumption per unit area,the cooling energy consumption per unit area,the total energy consumption per unit area of each study building affected by the change of external shading coefficient.This paper uses the computer energy consumption simulation software to design the construction model,according to the actual situation to set the indoor and outdoor environment,based on different cities set the form of cold and heat.According to the national climate zoning,selected four representative areas: Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and the mild area Kunming,do as following shows: first of all,the impact of the external shading coefficient of each building on the building energy consumption,analysis what kind of heating energy saving effect;compare each region to each other,we can know how the energy consumption of buildings in these representative areas is influenced by external window shading coefficient.Use eQuest energy analysis software,through a series of analyzes,concluded as follow:when shading measures are took to reduce building energy consumption,give priority to the south of the building to take shade measures will be better than the other direction;Buildings in different regions due to climate,wind speed,orientation and other factors,building refrigeration energy consumption,heating energy consumption is different,theimpact of external shade is also different;Generally use air source heat pump to cool down the temperature in summer.There is a variety of ways of heating,we study which heating method can save more energy.Combined the climate analysis of each region and then study which area consumes the most energy.China has a large land area;north-south climatic conditions are very different,solar radiation of the building with the four seasons gradually changes,the effect of the outside shading coefficient of the high-rise residential building is different,and the results of the study have a reference to the building energy efficiency design.Look from the aspect,the influence of the southward shading coefficient on the building energy consumption is larger than that of the north;we should be given priority in considering the south outer shade.It is more appropriate to set the movable form outside the building window.Climate and solar radiation intensity affect the building’s energy consumption,based on the experimental data,the cooling energy consumption of Guangzhou is the largest;the cooling energy consumption of Beijing and Shanghai is similar;the lowest energy consumption of refrigeration is in Kunming.In terms of building heating energy consumption,the heating energy consumption of Beijing is the largest;the heating energy consumption of Shanghai is about 40% of the Beijing area;the heating energy consumption of Kunming is about 10% of Beijing;the smallest heating energy is in Guangzhou,about5% of Beijing’s heating energy consumption.Beijing’s total energy consumption is the largest,the total energy consumption of Shanghai and Guangzhou area is similar;the total energy consumption of Kunming is the smallest,about 40% of the Beijing area.
