With the rapid development of economy and society,the resources of the urban land and space were becoming scarcer and more expensive than before.At the same time,the rising amount of car ownership and road trips leads to the high demand for parking spaces and the apparent phenomenon that there was no place to park.It’s very common about the temporary and long-term parking on the “No Parking” area,affecting the utilization of the resources from the land and the space in other forms besides the city traffic.There were some disadvantages with the current three-dimensional parking equipment,such as large area occupation,high energy consumption,large noise,long time of parking and fetching,not easy to combine and so on.The three-dimensional parking equipment which was easily assembled and disassembled could be set up in any space and site according to the size of the space and the quantities of the parked vehicle in need,owning many advantages,such as the high use ratio of the land,big ratio of the storage capacity,low energy consumption,low noise,high intelligentize,easy to assemble and dissemble in different place,which was thought to be the development direction of the mechanical three-dimensional parking equipment.First of all,the present situation,the main types and the problems existing at home and abroad about mechanical three-dimensional parking equipment were studied in this paper.After ll kinds of factors considered,the three-dimensional parking equipment which was easily assembled and disassembled was regarded as the type of the research.Then,the whole structure of the three-dimensional parking equipment was introduced in the paper,especially for the structural composition which was easy to assemble and dissemble,the operating principle,the characters and the relative announcements of the design for the steel structure.Also,the operating principle of the parking and fetching of the mechanism of the three-dimensional parking equipment was comprehensively analyzed,such as driving traction,motor selection,control system,workflow and so on.The force analysis of the steel structure which could be dissembled and the design of the control system were thought to be the importance of the research on the three-dimensional parking equipment.The design of parking and fetching was optimized,the traction motor was selected through the calculation of the traction force;the vertical static and vertical dynamic of the carrier-board was analyzed according to the material properties of the carrier-board.The software CAD was used to establish the two-dimensional model and the three-dimensional model of the main structure of three-dimensional parking equipment.The transverse girder,the longitudinal girder and the stand column were used to calculate the wind load,and force was tested to get the most normative requirements for design to determine the feasibility of the main steel structure of the three-dimensional parking equipment.Current control systems were compared to determine a best fit for the three-dimensional parking equipment on research.At last,PLC was determined as the control system of the three-dimensional parking equipment,and its automatic and manual operation,the principle and process of the basic function were introduced in this paper.Besides,the structure of vertical and transverse movement of the three-dimensional parking equipment was also specified in this paper.There were some advantages with the three-dimensional parking equipment which was easily assembled and disassembled,such as the increase in running efficiency,the decrease inconstruction cost.Meanwhile,higher safety and stability were formed to make the three-dimensional parking equipment more intelligent and humanized,which also optimized the design for the relevant indexes like the control system.The three-dimensional parking equipment in this paper conformed to the functional requirements of the mechanical three-dimensional parking equipment,which laid a foundation for further research and had certain social significance.
