Cryogenic insulated cylinder is a special container for storing up and transferring the low-temperature liquid.It gradually replaced the traditional high-pressure steel gas cylinders because of its high filling rate,convenience,low-cost and etc.It is widely applied in industrial production,medical treatment and metallurgical and other industries.In recent years,due to the increasing usage of it,periodic tests are needed to ensure the safety and reliability of cryogenic insulated cylinder in the process of use.Based on the main problems and failed modes of heat-insulation cylinder,and combined with the traditional manual inspection process and the national test standard of gas cylinder,this experiment adopt the methods of automatic testing process and networking of test information to design a set of intelligence testing process and its system,the main research contents are as follows:(1)this experiment takes the test program in quality supervision and test center of the cryogenic insulated cylinder in Jiangsu province as the research background.And this experiment analysis the detailed needs of the intelligence testing system of the gas cylinder,and offer the specific testing craft and technological process,and design a pattern for intelligence testing..(2)this experiment focus on the intelligence testing system's testing progress,mainly studies the test of three key craft:pressure tightness,vacuum degree and static rate of evaporation.By using the Kingview,SQL Server and other databases,this experiment accomplished subsystems of pressure tightness test,vacuum degree test and static rate of evaporation test,achieving intelligence testing and information management of all three craft.Finally,based on the static evaporation cryogenic cylinder intelligent inspection system in the detection rate of time,in order to shorten the static evaporation rate test time,improve the efficiency of inspection,respectively,using a linear regression and GM(1,1)model,the static evaporation rate predicted.The feasibility of this method is verified by the measured data.(3)the testing time of static rate of evaporation took longer in intelligence testing system of cryogenic insulated cylinder.In order to shorten the testing time of static rate of evaporation and improve the efficiency,this experiment using monadic linear regression model and GM(1,1)model respectively to do a predictive study for the static rate of evaporation,And then the static evaporation rate rapid test method was explored,Through the data from the experiment,the feasibility of this method is verified.
