Energy and environmental problems are main issues in today's society.With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the coal-based urban central heating has become the largest part in building energy consumption field in China.With the unreasonable use of primary energy,a lot energy waste is caused,the environment is polluted,and the ecological balance is destroyed.To improve the utilization of primary energy by adopting energy cascade utilization technology and to improve the waste heat utilization level,has a very important significance for China to achieve the energy-saving emission reduction targets.Focus on the topic of the performance and optimal operation of low-grade industrial waste heat utilization for district heating system,the industrial waste heat utilization for district heating system in Huai-an ecological city is selected as the subject of study.Based on the operation data of the system over the past two years,the heating system performance is systematically studied.The factors affecting industrial waste heat utilization efficiency are analyzed.Considering the waste heat heating system application status,operation performance,economic and social benefits,the simulation analysis of system energy consumption and optimization of operational strategies,the optimal operation methods are proposed for different operating models of the system in order to achieve the goal of upgrading energy cascade utilization and primary energy utilization.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The application potential of the low-grade industrial waste heat heating is analyzed based on the research on industrial waste heat utilization at home and abroad;(2)The industrial waste heat utilization for district heating system in Huai-an ecological city is selected as the subject of study.The evaluation program of performance of the industrial waste heat heating system is proposed.And the test content and evaluation methods of the system are stated;(3)The performance of the heating system is analyzed.The energy consumption of the heating system under different operation mode is studied to explore the energy saving and optimization operation strategy for the waste heat utilization heating system;(4)Energy-saving assessment and economic benefits of the system are analyzed to access the energy saving effect of the waste heat heating system.Combining experimental and numerical analysis methods,the system operation performance and optimal operation of low-grade industrial waste heat utilization for district heating system in Huai-an ecological city is systematically studied.The results show that,the coal consumption could be reduced and the efficiency of primary energy could be improved using low-grade industrial waste heat,which will have a better economic benefits.The research results will provide theoretical and technical support for research on low-grade industrial waste heat utilization and engineering applications in future.The results also have important significance in the building energy as well as energy fields.
