Construction Strategy Of Public Space In University Campus

In the early 21 st century,it is the centralized construction period of colleges and universities in China,through a lot of construction practice,formed a rich campus planning concept and space form.Among them,there are both successes and disadvantages.In recent years,the trend of building new school ground in China has slowed down,and the university campus has entered a new stage of self-renewal and perfection.The design of university campus public space has historical and phased,and needs to constantly adjust the design goal to create public space that meets the needs of modern education model.This paper uses the theoretical knowledge of the multi-disciplinary of university campus public space design,discusses the relationship between the attribute of public space,public space and the audience.This paper analyzes and summarizes the typical campus form,expounds and discusses the spatial characteristics,development dynamics and advantages and disadvantages of several forms.Based on the discussion of design method and design principle,this paper puts forward that the public space design of university campus should take the dynamic and continuous design method,and need the participation of users in the process of creating and updating.Focus on creating the level and boundaries of space,avoid the problems of excessive size and Homogenization.At the same time,also need to create a suitable " blank" space,to the campus communication and interaction between teachers and students to bring more diversified possibilities and so on.Finally,combined with the author participated in the campus public space design practice,further elaborated and verified the rationality and adaptability of the design idea.Expect can provide reference and reference for the planning and design of future university campus public space and the old campus in further optimize and improve the space environment.
