Electric vehicles as a new means of transport,which uses batteries as a vehicle power,is becoming more and more attentions because of simple structure,clean and pollution-free.Therefore,it is very important to study and design the motor drive control system of electric vehicle.This article will study the brushless DC motor drive control system:(1)Based on the influencing factors of the torque ripple,the pulse width of PWM is used to control the output voltage difference of the brushless DC motor to suppress the torque ripple;(2)The brushless DC motor control system has the characteristics of multivariable and non-linearity,ordinary PID control has been difficult to meet the increasingly high accuracy requirements,on this basis,a RBF neural network PID controller is designed to control the motor drive system;(3)According to the mathematical model of Brushless DC motor,the simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink,the motor speed,torque and three-phase current waveform of traditional PID control and RBF neural network PID control are analyzed;(4)In this paper,the TMS320LF2407A DSP controller is chosen as the main control chip of Brushless DC motor drive system,and the main control circuit,signal detection,conditioning circuit,power drive circuit and other hardware circuits are designed based on the DSP,as well as the design of some functions of the software.Finally,the experimental results show that the brushless DC motor drive and control system proposed in this paper has a series of superior performance,such as adaptability and simple structure.
