In recent years,with the rapid development of China's urbanization,the development of the construction industry to bring a new opportunity for development with hitherto unknown,high-rise and super high-rise buildings,puts forward more requirements for high-level architectural design at the same time,but also to the construction put forward higher standards,has brought opportunities and challenges better.At present,in the construction,we strive to study civil people,both at home and abroad began construction of a new method,many scholars pay attention to,and launched a large number of experiments,as the ascent of the whole platform technology,widely used in high-rise buildings in the present.The utility model makes the construction operation of the high level more convenient and saves a lot of materials and equipment.It is a collection of large formwork and climbing formwork with many excellent characteristics,the construction can form a closed,safe working space,reduce the formwork construction process depends on the turnover of the tower crane,can realize the template system of variable cross-section,greatly reducing the amount of manual jobs,shorten the construction period.This paper is jointly developed by Nintaus company in Jilin and Jilin University of architecture,with Vanke golden Changchun project,carried out systematic research on the application of integral lifting platform technology in high-rise buildings,loopholes and defects to further improve and develop the overall improvement in the construction of the existing platform technology,performance analysis of improved and optimized force for building blocks to enhance the overall development platform in the construction field,the construction is more convenient for the development ofmechanization has important historical significance and value of Engineering experience.The main contents of this research include:1,the subject of the Changchun Vanke golden project of construction technology and construction scheme is introduced,refine the construction principle of integral lifting platform,and its composition is described in detail.2,using the Midas finite element analysis software,the steel formwork and the operation platform lifting device for the overall modeling.The lifting platform system is analyzed and calculated under 16 different load conditions,and its optimization is improved.3,due to the characteristics of the steel structure itself,has become an important problem in the structure of the whole stability of steel structure under certain conditions,so this thesis analyzes the overall improve the overall stability of the platform,to provide theoretical reference for the safety of the construction site and device.4,based on the 16 conditions that the most unfavorable conditions,on the top of the column,the bearing capacity of supporting rings support column pin position concrete pressure and column bearing capacity,the bearing capacity of the girder hook three most important force component,local bearing capacity calculation,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
