From the beginning of the twentieth century to today,China's urban architecture in a few decades time has undergone enormous changes.From the original "Qin brick Hanwa" to the modern reinforced concrete and then to the assembly of buildings,China's construction industry,the level of industrialization and modernization gradually increased.As the assembly of the assembly structure can be produced in the factory,and the site can be assembled construction,to achieve a real sense of the industrialization and modernization of production,and because of serious environmental pollution and energy consumption seriously constrained the development of society,so the state proposed to vigorously develop green energy-efficient assembly-style buildings.First of all,in order to respond to the call of national green energy saving,this paper has invented a new type of concrete-wheat straw concrete by reasonable combination design and experiment.As a large agricultural country wheat straw can be described as rich in resources,but the annual output of wheat straw has not been a reasonable use.In this paper,the wheat straw concrete was systematically studied,and a unique formulation method was developed by reasonable mix design.The mechanical properties such as compressive strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of wheat straw were studied.A certain depth analysis is carried out,and the factors affecting the mechanical properties of concrete are compared and analyzed.Secondly,in order to respond to the call of national development of assembly building,this paper combines wheat straw concrete and steel truss-floor deck to develop reinforced concrete truss-wheat straw concrete slab which can be used in assembly building.Reinforced steel truss-floor board can be processed in the factory to complete,to meet the "factory production,assembly of construction," the industrialization and modernization of the development requirements.In this paper,the mechanical properties and failure modes of the reinforced concrete truss concrete composite slab are studied by experiment and finite element analysis.The factors influencing the bearing capacity are analyzed one by one,and the theoretical formula of reference value is put forward.
