With the rapid development of power grids,people also put forward higher requirements for low-voltage power distribution equipment.As the large area of smart grid rise,the traditional low-voltage power distribution equipment can not fully meet customer needs,intelligent low-voltage power distribution system development has become an inevitable trend.Long-distance monitoring,timely information transmission,rapid fault finding,efficient security has become intelligent low-voltage power distribution system development direction.The circuit breaker is an important electrical protection in the power grid and electrical appliances,its performance is related to the safety of personal and property users.With the improvement of social productivity,the concept of intelligent power grid is being popularized,and the research on intelligent controller of low voltage circuit breaker has been paid more and more attention.First of all,according to the literature cited the traditional low-voltage power distribution equipment,through the analysis of the traditional low-voltage power distribution equipment deficiencies,describes the intelligent circuit breaker protection system in the application of the advantages,and on this basis,The controller of the measurement principle and distribution protection and other basic technologies.Secondly,the overall scheme of intelligent circuit breaker control system based on CAN bus is designed.Design and implementation of the system single-chip main control module,power module,leakage protection module,DIP switch set module,CAN bus communication module and other hardware circuits.The principle and realization method of the circuit of each module are described in detail,and the schematic diagram of the whole circuit system is given,and the anti-jamming measures of the hardware system are introduced in detail.Then,the paper elaborates the overall design idea of the software,combines the hardware circuit,designs and implements the underlying program of the system,and elaborates the system autogenous power module,the leakage processing module,the current three-stage protection program(overload long delay protection,short circuit short delay protection And short-circuit instantaneous protection)and CAN communication program(receiving data and sending data),the system software design flow chart is given,and the anti-jamming measures of the software are introduced.Finally,using the microchip MPLABXC8 integrated development environment to debug the system program repeatedly,based on Proteus on the autogenous power module debugging,and then gives the overload long delay,short circuit short delay,instantaneous protection simulation test results,and the follow-up the communication function is described in detail and the error of the experimental results is analyzed to verify the function of the system.
