With the rapid development of the e-commerce retail industry,distribution center have to deal with more orders with multi variety and small batch,so dismantling picking has gradually become the main business.Dismantling picking is a hard work,causing the rise of the operation cost.Due to the characteristics of dismantling picking,goods to man picking system with its high efficiency and accuracy becoming widely used in the future.The autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system(AVS/RS)is a relatively new technology in intelligent warehouse area.Due to the high efficiency of AVS/RS goods to man picking system,it has been widely used in the major distribution center.At present,the research on AVS/RS goods to man picking system mainly focus on the efficiency optimization of one part,research on the whole process and the operating efficiency is less,this become a bottleneck for the overall system design and research.In order to make the research of the AVS/RS G2M picking system more systematic,this paper establishes the modeling and simulation platform of the system using the object-oriented Petri net and Matlab.Through the simulation of pharmaceutical electricity supplier provides a reference for other systems.First of all,this paper expounds the research significance and background,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the AVS/RS and the G2M system,through analyze comes out the main research object of this paper.Also introduces the structure,characteristics,operation process and application status of the system.Secondly,introduces the features of object-oriented Petri net and related theories,based on the picking process,the system is divided into storage allocation,order dealing and picking three modules.Picking module is divided into automatic vehicle,lifting machine,transmission line and operation table four sub modules.Combined with object-oriented Petri net establish models for every module,and based on the(?)information interaction and operation logic between each module,establish the overall model of the system.Again,based on Matlab design a simulation platform for AVS/RS G2M picking system.Including data input,automatic vehicle,lifting machine,transmission line and operation table these five sections simulation model also the interface design.Finally,the application of the simulation system.Using a pharmaceutical electricity supplier data.From system analysis to the simulation experiment design,through comparison of different schemes'efficiency can get a suitable scheme for this system.The core of this paper is to set up the model of AVS/RS goods to man picking system and the simulation system based on Matlab.Divide the system into three sub modules to establish the model respectively,then package each module and set up the overall model of the system.The establishment of simulation system makes the design more reasonable.Through the analysis of a pharmaceutical business case gives the design mothod and procedure of AVS/RS goods to man picking system.
