Research On The Strategy Of Green Building Renewal Of Yuejin Road In Mianyang

With the rapid development of Mianyang City,the Yuejin Road historical buildings as the representative of the city historical buildings reuse problem has become increasingly prominent,original function of the Yuejin Road historical buildings can not meet the development of the contemporary society and living needs.In view of city transformation and considering the quality of the ecological environment,through researching and field test the Yuejin Road Historical Buildings,we discovered the problems are that inadequate lighting function unreasonable layout,maintenance structure heat insulation and indoor environment overdraft capacity.In this paper,the concept of green renewal is introduced,and the problems of social and environmental problems can be solved through the renewal of green,so as to achieve the goal of organic renewal of historical buildings,regained the vitality of the Yuejin Road.In the process of the green renovation of the historical buildings in Yuejin Road,the research method is based on finding、analyzing and solving the problems.First,this article illustrates ecological characteristics 、ecological evaluation and technical methods to be taken for replacing of historical buildings.Second,points the issues we found through surveying the historical buildings in Yuejin Road.Third,according to the local characteristics of Mianyang,analyses factors influencing the renewal of historical buildings,at the same time,unscrambles the Evaluation Criterion of Sichuan Green Buildings,clarifies the ideas and superiority of green renewal.Fourth,considering the basic situation of the historical buildings in Yuejin Road,establishs the principle and aim of green renovate,and then,puts forward the basic strategy of green renovation of historical buildings in Yuejin Road,Mianyang,turns historic buildings in Yuejin Road green from five sides are outdoorenvironment,energy-saving and energy use,controling the use of water conservation and utilization of water resources,materials and materical resources,indoor environmental quality.At length,this paper supports the green design idea for putting Baihao building updated to three lines of red cultural theme hotel as a case,and carries on Ecotect mathematical simuation and evaluates the benefits for the renew scheme,the superiority of green regeneration is obtained.In summary,this study proposes the green update design methods to apply to historical buildings from the superiority of updating the Yuejin Road historical buildings in Mianyang,and provides scientific reference for greening the Yuejin Road historical building,look forward to solving the problems of historical buildings in Mianyang City faced in the development,achieving the city of Mianyang good and fast sustainable development.
