The speed up of urbanization and the growth of car ownership are aggravating some of the "city disease" phenomenon such as traffic jam,traffic pollution,energy crisis and so on.The fundamental solution to solve these traffic-related issues is to develop public transport.Rail transit which has the advantages of large capacity,low energy consumption and no pollution attracts more and more attention,as a form of rail transit,tram has its own advantages as well,compared with subway and light rail,it needs less investment,shorter construction period,simpler examination and approval,and tram has larger capacity,higher speed and less pollution than conventional public transit.Subway and light rail are suitable as the backbone of the traffic routes for metropolises,and conventional public transit is suitable as the backbone of the traffic routes for small cities or feeder routes for rail transit,and tram is especially suitable as the backbone of the traffic routes for medium-sized cities,as well as news towns in suburban areas,so as to bear the traffic demand in these areas.In order to take full use of large capacity advantage of tram,and expand its scope of services,it is necessary to do research on the transfer situation of tram stations,including the coordination evaluation research on the transfer facilities of tram stations.The research objective of this paper is to provide theoretical basis for some tram transfer projects through constructing an evaluation indexes system and evaluating the transfer facilities coordination of tram stations.This article selects the optimum set from evaluation objects,so the evaluation result shows the relative merits,and the closer the evaluation result is to 1,the better the transfer efficiency of the evaluation object will be,which means the closer the evaluation object is to the optimum set,otherwise,the worse the transfer efficiency of the evaluation object will be.At first,this paper analyses the features of tram and its transfer facilities through collecting current passenger data.And then this paper chooses the appropriate evaluation indexes with considering field investigation the questionnaire investigation,etc.Finally this article determines the weights of evaluation indexes with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)methods,and evaluates the tram transfer facilities coordination using grey correlation analysis method.Through analyzing and comparing the evaluation result with current situation,and comparing the evaluation results of three methods,which are AHP method、DEA method and modified grey correlation analysis method,this research shows that this method used in this article considers both subjective aspect and objective aspect,and it has better distinguishability in analyzing and evaluating the Pros and cons of evaluation objects.And in reality,it has guiding significance to the coordination evaluation research on the transfer facilities. |
