Study On Planning And Construction Of Sponge City In Wude Road Area Of Jingzhou City

China is in the period of rapid urbanization development,urban construction has made remarkable achievements,but also the development of high strength,hard pavement and other issues,resulting in excessive hardening of the underlying surface,changing the original urban natural ecological background and hydrological characteristics.Urban development and construction destroyed the natural "sponge",resulting in "every rain will be flooded,after the rain that drought",but also brought water pollution,water shortage,lack of water security,water culture disappeared and a series of problems.Surface of this series of urban construction problems,the original concept of urban planning and construction has been outdated.Sponge city concept put forward,just to make up for the traditional urban planning of the above deficiencies.Takenori downtown Jingzhou Road area is important built-up area,has a representative in the central city.Through the field research on the status quo of Wude Road area,it is found that there are some problems such as water environment and water ecology,such as the waterlogging point of Taiyue Road and the river water pollution problem.In the face of the above problems,this article based on the overall planning,and the special planning to coordinate,Jingzhou City,Wu De Road Area in-depth study,clear Wude Road area sponge city construction focus.And the runoff control target of Wude Road area was determined.And through the low impact of the development of rainwater system construction,a reasonable choice of the low impact of development facilities,decomposition of the Wu De Road area of the sub-block concave green rate,permeable pavement rate,green roof rate,rain garden and other facilities control indicators.Combined with the indicators,respectively,from the building and the district,roads,water system put forward a specific plots of the design guidelines and implementation recommendations for the martial arts area sponge city construction to provide guidance.Through the sponge city construction,will effectively alleviate the Wude Road area water environment and water resources are facing outstanding problems.
