Urbanization is an important driving force for modern economic growth.However,at the same time of rapid urbanization,urban development is also faced with great environmental pressure.The hardening of a large area of the ground hinders the original way of rainwater infiltration.Taking the rear area of yantian port in shenzhen city as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes its topography,landform and natural basic conditions,and probes into the construction mode of sponge city in view of its water resource shortage and high risk of waterlogging.The target index and planning scheme of sponge city construction in this region were established,and the annual total runoff control rate was implemented to the land level,forming a set of achievable target index system.It provides scientific theoretical guidance and construction basis for the construction of sponge city in this region.The results show that:(1)the research area is divided into 6 control units,and the total annual runoff control rate of each control unit is 50%,56%,79%,51%,71% and 72.3%.(2)the total annual pollutant reduction rate of SS in the study area was 61.27%.Through LID construction,the reduction of major pollutants will reach: SS,842.46 t/a;COD,263.96 t/a;Ammonia nitrogen,9.64 t/a.(3)the following planning measures are proposed according to the actual situation of the region:Water ecological measures: through runoff control,river shoreline ecological transformation,ecological protection and restoration and other ways,combined with urban renewal work,increase the blue and green cavernous space,sort out the blue and green corridor,take the blue and green corridor of yantian river as the passage,introduce ocean cold air flow,and reduce urban heat island effect.Water environment measures: the water environment improvement system of source reduction,midway control and terminal treatment in the rear land area is constructed through the work of river regulation,improvement of rain and sewage pipe network and treatment of non-point source pollution.Water resources measures: Various measures have been taken to promote the use of non-conventional water resources for infiltration and savings,and to promote decentralized renewable water use in combination with green buildings and sponge cities,and to upgrade and renovate the pipeline network in parallel with the construction of municipal roads.Water safety measures: Improve the design standard of the pipe network to reduce the risk of waterlogging in the city;Construction of terminal storage system to increase the efficiency of rainwater collection and utilization.
