With the improvement of China's national economic development and the increasing demand for national health care,large-scale hospital buildings have been an unprecedented development.Because of high occupancy,more energy-using equipment,more time energy using and so on,energy consumption of hospital buildings in the forward ranks of all kinds of large public buildings.Data shows that annual energy consumption of air-conditioning system of hospital buildings every year is as 1.6-2.0 times as office buildings.In this paper,basic energy consumption data of 21 hospitals in Beijing is researched.The main factors influencing the hospital buildings' energy consumption using are analyzed with the help of SPSS data analysis software that bases on partial correlation analysis.It is concluded that we put energy consumption per unit area and energy consumption per unit hospitalizations as energy consumption evaluation index.The paper puts forward energy saving reconstruction post evaluation system of hospital buildings,including energy evaluation,economic evaluation and comprehensive index evaluation.Taking a hospital building in Beijing as an example,the paper puts forward four energy saving modification schemes to resolve the problems of HVAC system operation,including establishing climate compensation system,increasing the cooling area of single refrigeration,cleaning refrigeration host and chilled water pump variable frequency conversion.Then the actual effect of the modified operation is tested and analyzed.The results show that establishing climate compensation system,increasing the cooling area of single refrigeration,cleaning refrigeration host all run in good condition and basically solve the problems that exists in the operation.For chilled water pump variable frequency conversion,the end of the pipe network prones to poor cooling effect because the temperature difference that temperature senor monitors is the difference of supply and return water in the entire pipe network.The amount of energy saving is confirmed by test calculation and eQUEST energy consumption simulation software.The economic evaluation of energy-saving renovation project shows that the payback periods of four items are 1.86 a,0.79 a,1.51 a,2.37 a.NPV is4.1559 million yuan,1.191 million yuan,98.7 thousand yuan 0.2067 million yuan respectively.IRR is respectively 53.08%,123.05%,66.93%,38.6%.The total energy consumption reduces by 5.33%.Energy consumption per unit area reduces by 5.32%.Energy consumption per unit hospitalization reduces by 6.79%.The paper puts forward post evaluation of the effect of hospital buildings energy saving transformation.The data the study offers can provide reference for the similar building and has great importance in practical application.
