The Study On Cultural Landscape Of Old Community Environmental Construction In Beijing

Beijing is the political, cultural and economical center of China, and the construction of the humanistic landscape environment of the old communities plays an important role in the development of the urban landscape in Beijing. During the 12th Five-Year plan, the government invested a large number of old communities in Beijing for a planned transformation, and made great achievements. But there are still some problems in the unified planning of the old community, for example, environmental construction guide is single; the landscape environment rectification is not in place, the environment problem of stereotyped phenomenon; after transformation of the old district the management is still lacked The status quo of the old community cultural landscape and the emerging community is still apparently different. 'I herefore, it is significant to study the cultural landscape environment of the old community in Beijing.Based on the study on the construction of old community human landscape environment in Beijing , this paper discusses the object of study in a progressive way.First of all, this paper raised question on the construction of human landscape environment in the old community of Beijing. According to related cases from both foreign and domestic such as Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Xi'an, Harbin and other old city communities cultural landscape, summarized the old community landscape environment construction achievements, and from the construction of typical old community landscape environment find the old community landscape environment construction experience for Beijing.Secondly,Analyzing existing flaws. First, the author illustrates the historical and cultural basic of humane landscape environment in Beijing by collating files. Second, summarize the status of the five elements of humane landscape environment of old community in Beijing which respectively is plants, accessorial building, street sightseeing, publication column and walls, living infrastructure. Third, figure out the flaws in guiding pattern and administration of old communities' humane landscape environment in Beijing. Fourth, select three typical old communities: old communities in Shichahai historical block, Baiwanzhuang community, the first modern community after 1949 and the open community in Hujialou block. The author analyzes the historical evolution and state of affairs of it and point out the developing orientation and needs of it.At last, proposed method to solve the problem. I proposed some suggestions in three aspects of the old community landscape environment construction in Beijing, first, from the guiding pattern, put forward the diversified participation, broaden the channels of participation, a wide range of technical support, diversified capital injection strategy; secondly,explore the design theory of old community cultural landscape environment form the design principles of residents demand, exchange, grasp the cultural needs, aesthetic needs, life needs.Thirdly, the author puts forward some strategies for the management of the construction of the human landscape environment of the old community in Beijing, including the clarification management responsib:ility, the enhancement of the public management consciousness, and the utilization of the community and the social management resources.Beijing old community transformation project has made great achievements in building renovation, but the old community landscape environment construction still has a long way to go, the author hopes that the study can can provide theoretical basis and reference opinions for Beijing old community transformation and environment construction.
