Fabricated structure in China is "blowout" trend of development,due to the lack of anticipation and information integration mechanism,the scheme rationality can only verified by the actual operation,often make up afterwards as a serious waste of resources,one of the most crucial and the most prominent is the design and construction stage.Therefore,to improve the information of the two pre judgment and integrated management level,the significance of the develop ment of assembly type structure major.This study applied literature research,qualitative analysis,model analysis,comparative analysis and induction method,based on the analysis of the fabricated structure design,construction characteristics,puts forward the application of BIM design based on visualization technology,in view of the existing problems in choosing the assembly plant,water tank,humanoid flyover three examples from different angles,comprehensive application of BIM visualization technol ogy,expounds and solve the fabricated structure design and construction of all kinds of problems,the effect is significant,and provides a reference of similar BIM visualization technology in engineering application of fabricated structure design and construction,is conducive to the further development and fabricated structure BIM technology application in china.The results show that the BIM visualization technology can effectively organize and represent the fabricated structure design and construction information,and can provide an effective way to solve the following problems:(1)Integrate design conflicts and revise design alternatives;(2)Quickly determine the lifting points of special-shaped mass components;(3)To find out the unreasonable design of the nodes,components,etc.,and optimize the design so as to ensure the rationality and operability of the construction;(4)Optimization of construction site and traffic guidance scheme under complicated confined terrain;(5)Key process simulation and construction process guidance.This study provides a reference for the application of BIM visualization technology in the design of fabricated structure,construction and similar projects. |
