How to resolve the conflict of the project's construction speed, quality and efficiency are always the focus of people's attention. Building industrialization is the development trend of the contemporary architecture technology. At present, many countries have the technology of prefabricated development as an important indicator.At home and abroad, the underground engineering prefabricated technology has developed to some degree in the aspects of research and applications, which purpose is to improve the quality of the structure, reduce material consumption and lower building costs of the underground engineering. In China, although the metro assembly structure has also developed to some degree, but the underground structure of the fabricated research and the fabricated structure in the subway station constructed by open-cut method is still at the fledgling stage.These factors , such as joints (joint) structure, structure waterproofing, concrete element division, the optimization of the structural section forms, the program waterproofing design, the assembly of hoisting, supporting programs, the construction sequence, and the regulation of internal force changes in the structure are restricted between each other, which should be researched in common.In connection with the subject of "fabricated subway station feasi-bility study", the research takes up the method of contrast and simulation analysis, and pays special attention to the mechanical behaviour in the subway station construction.On the basis of the research of joints structure and the mechanical model of joints, this paper investigates the design plan of joints, analyses the structure of subway station, and makes a contrast for the mechanical properties of the two design plan. At the same time, this paper also investigates on the assembly site conditions, construction convenience, and the decorative effect of the stations and so on.For the purpose of structure design optimization, This paper does numerical analysis for the subway station structures of different joints stiffness., and also makes a study on the structure plan ultimately selected, such as construction preparations, pit excavation, supporting, assembly sequence. On the basis of the preceding research, this paper make a 3D finite element model for the purpose of analysis of the mechanical properties of the subway station structure and the regulation of the displace of underground diaphragm wall.
