The takeoff efficiency of the main battle aircraft is the core element of the Air Force combat,and it will directly affect the combat capability of the aircraft and the number of aircraft which can take off once time.The core factor that affects the takeoff efficiency of aircraft is the timeliness and reliability of ground support.But the Missile Hanging up System of the aircraft still lag behind,which has become an important factor restricting the development of China's air combat capability.Therefore,firstly,the paper analyzes the traditional Missile Hanging up process of the airplane,and proposes optimization scheme for each part based on the automation and information strategy,designs a set of Automatic Missile Hanging up Model System of Aircraft based on image recognition and positioning.Finally,the system is divided into modules,and each module is designed and analyzed separately.As the space which the Automatic Missile Hanging up System working in is narrow and missile hanging requires moving crosswise,this system chooses the omnidirectional mobile platform to carry missiles,programs its driver and designs the positioning process.Finally the experiment is done to verify the practicality.The system proposes and applies two kinds of image matching methods:Shape method for simple environment search and screen out similar contour in real-time video image in accordance with the template image,and then calculates the deflection angle and center position;Limited feature matching method for complex environment find out the template image and the real-time video image feature points using the SURF method,and then match them and select the best the results,calculate deflection angle and the center position after perspective transform.In order to ensure the rapid and stable lifting duration,based on the linear actuator,with distance sensor and pressure sensor this paper builds a lifting device,which can measure the distance from lift platform to the wing,and can ensure the safe and reliable results of missile hanging.This paper only builds a set of Automatic Missile Hanging up Model System of Aircraft,but through the experiments verifies the feasibility of optimization Missile Hanging up process,and its structure components has expansibility on volume and carrying capacity,which will provide the basis strong hold for the development of Automatic Missile Hanging up vehicle of Chinese Air force.
