Cluster munitions are used to hit the wide range of hard target in modern warfare,such as tanks,aircraft carrier,military airports and bridges.The utilization rate of ammunition and damage power and effect were improved greatly.Cluster munitions are essential part for the wide range of combat weapons in modern warfare.The bullet acceleration after scatters is crucial in the entire process.which was effected by not only whether bullet is damaged but also the bullet projectile spread shape and projectile area.In this paper,some key testing technologies of the bullets acceleration,which was based on post cluster munitions dispersion with commonly explosive of center tube,were studied in this paperFirst,the acceleration of bullets was analyzed theoretically in the course of the dispersion process.According to the theoretical analysis of double bullets center tube dispersion process,the ideal model of cluster munitions dispersion process and simultaneous equation were established.Through the analysis of the bullet acceleration signal characteristics,we learned the combination of bullet acceleration and the trouble of zero drift,and got the targeted treatment.Based on the environmental analysis of scatters process and combining the method of dynamic testing principle and new concept of dynamic test,the principle of test system was designed.Second,the various components of the test system were designed.According to modular design,the system was divided into five modules: Sensor module,circuit module,buffer protection module,interface and software module,spring electric switch module.The circuit module was made up for four parts: signal conditioning module,collection and storage module,logic control module and power management module.In particular,the added spring electric switch module solved the deficiency of wire-break electricity and replaced the old way of electricity.Finally,reliability compliance experiment and data processing and analysis were finished Through the cycle impact test at high and low temperature for hardware circuit,the simulation test and shooting range test on the ground for the well-assembled test instrument and a series of data processing and analysis,the advantages that instrument has the characteristics of good reliability and high accuracy were proved.The data processing and analysis mainly aim at three aspects: Zero drift,filter out high frequency interference and integral acceleration for the bullet velocity.
