Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMSM)is a kind of linear motion device,which has the advantages of simple structure,low loss,high precision,large stroke,simple maintenance and fast response.However,the output thrust of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is small,so its application is restricted to a great extent.In this paper,the research on this problem is carried out.This article mainly aims at the improvement of permanent magnet synchronous motor output thrust value problem is studied and related experiments,the resonance is used to improve the output of linear motor thrust,has theoretical significance and practical value of the application of linear motor.First of all,a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor drive is designed.The static analysis of the key parts of the actuator is carried out.The results show that the design of all the key parts of the workbench meets the requirements of the mechanical strength and the operating condition of the linear motor.In addition,the dynamic analysis of the actuator is carried out,and the resonance condition is analyzed by workbench simulation.Secondly,through vector transform,the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in orthogonal coordinates is proposed to control the electromagnetic equation,a shaft current for single variable input control method of zero.In addition,the dynamic equation of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is established by simplifying the actuator.Thirdly,the current loop,the speed loop and the displacement loop are used to adjust the actuator displacement,and the closed-loop is controlled by PID.In this paper,the parameters of each ring PID are set up,and the tuning results are simulated by Simulink,and the step response curves are obtained.Based on the simulation results,the parameters of each ring PID are adjusted and optimized,and the corresponding step response curve is obtained.Finally,the control interface based on C# is built,and the static and harmonic loading experiments are carried out.Static experiments include thrust fluctuation test and stiffness test.The results show that the maximum absolute value of thrust fluctuation is about 0.7N,the maximum overshoot is less than 1%,and the control precision can meet the requirements of industrial equipment.The experimental results provide a theoretical reference for the resonance of the resonance experiment.The harmonic loading experiment is the foundation of the resonance experiment,and the resonance experiment is the resonant loading experiment around the natural frequency of the actuator.The results of resonance experiments show that under certain conditions,the resonance can increase the output thrust of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMSM)by nearly 18 times.However,under the excitation of different voltages,the variation of the increment multiple is nonlinear.
