With the improvement of industrial productivity, the traditional numerical control machines gradually develop to the direction of high precision、high speed、high efficiency、 digital direction. The traditional numerical control machines most through the middle conversion to convert the rotation movement into linear motion. The middle conversion devices of transmission will restrict to improve the performance of the system. As new control components appear constantly and the development of material technology、motor theory、technology and control technology, the linear motor and drive control technology are emerge. Linear motors drive directly load and don’t need any middle transmission mechanism so that reduce the mechanical loss and maintenance cost and improve the efficiency of system and control precision. This paper will be the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor as control object and have a thorough study on its working principle、 control strategy and build the servo control system and complete the software and hardware system and experiments.This paper analyzes the structure and the working principle of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor and the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor mathematical model is established under the d-q coordinate system and determined the Id=0vector control strategy. The voltage space vector pulse width adjustment technology is introduced.The control strategy of the current loop、speed loop and position loop of the servo control system is constituted. In the current loop online identification and compensate for linear motor for friction loss. Introduce the conventional PI controller in speed loop and composite feedforward controller in the position loop. Simulation model of the PMLSM servo control system is built on the Matlab/Simulink simulation environment and simulation test and verify based on the actual motor parameters is made.Expounds hardware and software design of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo control system. Hardware design uses the DSP of TI company in digital signal processing chip TMS320F2812as the core of the control circuit and the intelligent power module PS21867as the core of power drive circuit and the interface between man and the peripheral of expansion circuit. The software design includes the main program and the interruption program as two major modules. The main program complete functions such as system initialization、man-machine interface processing and rotor initial magnetic poles orientation. Interrupt program complete T1timer interrupt underflow to start AD transform、 AD the interrupt to realize the Vector control algorithm and the CAP capture interrupt which realize initial pole detection.Testing of current loop、speed loop、position loop and rotor initial pole position in the actual motor control system to verify the correctness of the software and hardware system design and laid a foundation for the improvement of the research work of the system optimization and control strategy.
