Urban traffic congestion has long been a problem,is always the focus attention in the field of transportation,with the continuous development of computer technology and communication technology,the constant improvement of transportation infrastructure,the intelligent traffic arises at the historic moment,its access to all kinds of traffic information is becoming more and more widely.Traffic information has a huge impact on residents' travel behavior,communication technology matures makes people also more and more strong,to the demand of traffic information based on current residents' travel behavior is more and more complex,the existing traffic guidance system can to some extent,by guiding the driver's travel routes,reasonable distribution scheduling of the entire road network on the vehicle,but due to the complexity of the current traffic environment,combined with the residents travel to present complex diversification,diversification of travel purpose and travel mode choice,is not enough to just rely on the traffic guidance system.,therefore,we should stand on a higher strategic point of view,starting from the induction control strategy of of all kinds of transportation travel chain as the research object,explores the dynamic and static traffic induced the linkage of the information service under the action of the induction control strategy,which for the construction and development of intelligent transportation systems has a more profound significance.First,this article first through the analysis of travel chain,traffic guidance system is pointed out that the key to solve the problem of traffic congestion is the induction control strategy research.Second,through the domestic and foreign research present situation,combining with current research about the chain of travel and travel behavior,for all kinds of misleading information under the impact on the travel chain mechanism was analyzed.Third,through the analysis of the characteristics of the travel chain,different types of travel chain,and will be in the process of dynamic choice under dynamic and static traffic information down stage of decision-making process,based on optimization theory,using the dynamic programming method to travel in the chain travel process selection mechanism is studied,find out their internal relationship and mathematical model of calibration,choose optimum method for calculating the travel chain is established.Fourth,through the path of the existing analysis,demand of all kinds of traffic information release of travel before and travel traffic information requirements in terms of the classification of the system,and from the Angle of road users and traffic management,in this paper,the traffic information demand and the corresponding management measures.Then on the road covered by dynamic and static induction information mark content to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the definition,the final will be dynamic and static induction information integration and release.Fifth,combined with the existing traffic guidance system and traffic control system,the link between the two,put forward the induction control strategy based on dynamic and static induction information under the framework of induced control strategy and the design of the content.Established in this paper,analysis about the specific design of the framework and strategy evaluation means of study on the control strategy for induction opens a new road.
