Under the impetus of the new concept of "smart city",the intelligent construction of major cities in China has been developed rapidly,and the urban central beating has also been developed.Many people of insight have build the intelligent heating system in the city,the heating area,residential area or heat exchange station.However,there is no theoretical support,perfect model and the relevant norms for the urban intelligent heating at present.Aimed at this situation,this paper focuses on several key technologies of intelligent heating.First of all,this paper makes a comprehensive theoretical analysis on the thermal balance of buildings and the external disturbance factors.The attenuation and delay of the impact of various meteorological parameters on in door thermal environment are studied,and taking Jinan as an example to calculate the comprehensive outdoor temperature.This study simplifies the process of the extraction and application of these factors for climate compensator,and provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance of it.Then,based on the analysis of the working principle of the climate compensator,a feedforward-feedback control system based on the outdoor climate combination of climate compensator is proposed.By analyzing and comparing different terminal control systems,the most suitable end control model for the intelligent heating system has be confirmed.Finally,the application of graph theory is carried out on the heating pipe network hydraulic and thermal analysis,,and the regulating performance of the traditional valve system and the distributed heating system are compared from the view of control theory.The HacNet software is used to establish the model to simulate the operation of the traditional valve heating system and the distributed heating system in order to determine the form of pipe network suitable for intelligent heating system.On this basis,the intelligent operation management system of distributed frequency conversion heating is analyzed.Through the theoretical analysis of the above several aspects,this paper provides a more reasonable model for the intelligent heating system,and provides theoretical support for thefuture development of the urban intelligent design.Only with a solid theoretical basis,China’s intelligent heating technology can be developed rapidly,providing support for the construction of "smart city".
