Study Of New Rural Community Planning In Small Town Marginal Zone

The rural problem is always an important problem in our country,the urban-rural dual system has been formed since the founding of China,but after the Reform and Opening,the gap between urban and rural areas has been wided,in the 21 st century,in the process of rapid urbanization and the integration of urban and rural areas,the problem of rural settlements' development and reform and planning have gradually prominent,and then new rural community construction rised.As a kind of new pattern of rural settlement guided by planning,new rural community has the function of saving construction land,sharing service,improving farmers' production and living conditions,and promoting the process of rural area industry reform and urbanization.Because of the special geographical location in the urban and rural residential system,small town marginal zone become an important area,where new rural community usually been constructed.However,the construction of new rural community in China is still in the stage of exploratory,new rural community in small town marginal zone still have certain problems in their planning and construction,and the coordinated development of community and industry,therefore,the study of the problem of new rural community's planning in the small town marginal zone is urgent.This paper is divided into three parts: Firstly,the background of the study and the research trends were outlined.Secondly,defined the "small town marginal zone","new rural community" and other concepts;analysised and summaried the status of China's new rural community construction,included the overview of construction and management of rural housing in the process of urbanization,and the overview of China's new rural community'sconstruction;analyzed the urban and rural community characteristics,and analyzed the urban and rural development elements,studied the construction characteristics of new rural community in small town marginal zone from the dynamic mechanism,aggregation mode,and the location and spatial layout;then took four provincial-level demonstration communities in Feicheng City of Shandong Province as examples,summed up and studied the overview of the4 communities from the small town's profile,construction dynamic mechanism and location type,community building overview,spatial structure,infrastructure and public service facilities and industrial construction,then studied the communities' planning and construction characteristics,change of production and life for residents and existed problems systematically from construction situation,situation of life for residents,and communities' future development.Finally,this paper studied the planning methods of new rural community in small town marginal zone,and proposed the planning proposals.Through the research of this paper,in order to clarify the development background,characteristics and the actual production and living conditions of the residents of new rural community in small town marginal zone,and provide some planning strategies and reference ideas for the construction of new rural community in Feicheng and other areas.
