Study On Quality Control Of Vehicle Driver Test Center Construction Project Of Shigatse Prefecture

Quality is the key to a successful project,Vehicle Driver Test Center Construction project of Shigatse Prefecture in Tibet,where the sea level is above3800 meters,is a turn-key project,constructed by Jilin province,due to the quality of the construction of the project is about not only people's life and property safety,but also about national unity and the friendship,quality requirements were very strictly needed.Quality problems appeared when not fully the accept the project.the wall tiles splitted away,irregular cracks appear from floor ground surface,etc.This research has the vital significance not only for follow-up auxiliary projects,to help form a complete set of guidance and reference for quality control of the engineering construction,but also for other the similar high altitude project construction.In this paper,with related theory and analysis method of quality management and statistics,etc.,a study has been conducted to quality management theory and the statistical results,using statistics for the collecting the problems,and the bones diagram method for the result analysis,using the principle of project quality management,put forward control scheme of equipment quality problems found and related guarantee measures.For Specific research,this article obtains from the existing quality problems,statistics and analysis of the problems existing in the past,according to the basic principle of quality control,the whole process is divided into three stages: before construction,construction process and later construction.Forming the quality problems statistics,using data in the display and analysis existing quality problems,then using the five factors,namely "man,machine,material,method,environment",summarized and analyzed the cause of this quality problem;subsequently,made quality control plan according to the practical analysis results;Finally,according to the mode of "Three Full"(to put the entire personnel,the whole process,all sectors to participate in the management),quality safeguard measures were proposed for quality control scheme.In terms of research methods,this paper integrated the survey method,statistical analysis method,document retrieval method,such as shark fin diagram method,to collect the existing quality problems information and data,and collate the results of quantitative statistics.Using historical and empirical analysis method to analyze the internal and external conditions,present situation and problems of project quality management;adopting the method of combining quantitative analysis and experience to make the project quality control plan,and with the using of the specification and the qualitative analysis method,the safeguard measures for project quality control plan implementation have been put forward.
