| This dissertation relies on the research of the Geological Environment Comprehensive Survey of Changji Economic Circle(121201007000150012)project of the Shenyang Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey Bureau.With the population growth of Jilin City,the accelerating urbanization process,the water resources problem has become the main factor restricting Jilin City economic development,carrying out the research of water resources carrying capacity of Jilin City,it is advantageous to determine the maximum value,formulate the pertinence and operation management measures,realize the sustainable development goal of water resources,safeguard the water Therefore,the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Jilin City has theoretical significance and practical application value.This paper takes Jilin City as the research area,and carries on the evaluation research on the water resources carrying capacity of Jilin City.Based on the second water resources evaluation of 1956-2000 years,the evaluation Index system of water resources carrying capacity is composed of several indexes,and the reduction and subtraction calculation of water resources carrying capacity of Jilin City is adopted.Jilin City,the average amount of water resources for many years 7.058 billion cubic meters,in which the amount of surface water resources for the 6.770 billion cubic meters,groundwater resources for the 1.319 billion cubic meters,groundwater resources and surface waters of the amount of repeated computation between the amount of 1.030 billion cubic meters.Jilin City 2015 The total water supply of 2.725 billion cubic meters,in which surface water supply of 2.385 billion cubic meters,groundwater supply of 0.328 billion cubic meters,other water supply for 12 million cubic meters.According to the calculation results of water resources carrying capacity of Jilin City,the surface water resources and groundwater resources development and utilization of the second Songhua River valley were higher than reasonable limit,respectively 35.36% and 4.18%.According to the overall analysis of single index evaluation standard status in jilin city water resources carrying capacity can satisfy the social and economic development,the carrying capacity of water resources status is not overloaded state.From the total water analysis,according to the administrative division jiaohe,shulan and YongJi County belongs to critical state of water resources carrying capacity,other areas are not overloaded state;According to the three levels of water resources of the water resources,the water resources capacity in the three branches of Harbin river basin is critical,and the other watersheds are not overloaded.From the analysis of groundwater extraction,it is not overloaded.In 2020,as the level of recent years,as a forward in 2030 years,calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of jilin water resources carrying capacity of the comprehensive score of 0.567 in 2020,water resources carrying capacity of the comprehensive score of 0.561 in 2030,comprehensive score have declined from 2020 in 2030,reflects its water resource utilization reaches a certain size,can meet the social and economic development,but the development potential is reduced year by year.From the water resources carrying capacity analysis,it is concluded that the main factors influencing the water resources carrying capacity for the local water resources and allow the degree of development and utilization,water supply engineering and the ability of water supply,the local social and economic development and water concentration,etc.By analyzing its influencing factors,it is proposed to make rational suggestion: to construct a water-saving society and improve the effective utilization ratio.We will adjust the industrial structure rationally and reduce water consumption in the economic and social sectors.To make full use of various water sources to improve the water supply capacity in the research area;We will strengthen water ecological restoration and protection and restore the ecological function of river lakes.To specify water control requirements and establish a monitoring and warning mechanism for carrying capacity. |
