Abstract/Summary:
Water resources are the material basis of the survival of mankind and economic development.With the rapid developing of social economy and continuous increasing of population,the contradiction between limited water supply and increasing demand becomes serious.The low of water use efficiency and water supply guarantee rate in water plant exists in urban water supply.And then it leads to wate shortage.The inflow of inter-basin water transfer project has an uneven character during the year and annual,and this is not matching with the using of water plant.The regulating reservoir can adjust the uneven inflow of water source,and this coordinates inflow of water source with using of water.That can improve water utilization efficiency and has important significance in solving urban water supply problem.Study of water resources regulation with regulating reservoir has theoretical value and practical meaning.This article discusses combined dispatching of inter-basin water transfer project and regulating reservoir based on the summary of relevant research.This article takes inter-basin water transfer project-reservoir-water plant system in Zhenzhou city as a research object,and the main contents and results are as follows:(1)The research status of reservoir regulation,multiple water sources regulation and water supply and use in Zhengzhou city are summarized based on reviewing literatures at home and abroad,then the current research deficiency and research questions in this article are pointed out.(2)Water supply system is generalized combined the hydraulic connection of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,Yellow River,reservoir and water plant based on the data collection.Water supply system network is drawed,which reflects the water supply relationship of research system,and provides data base for water resources scheduling model establishment.(3)The inflow of South-to-North and Yellow River is analyzed and available water supply of different water source at different frequency is got.The Copula theory is applied to analysis encounter probability of rich-poor inflow of the two water sources.The degree of fitting is tested and the goodness of fitting is evaluated for the selecting joint distribution of two dimensional Copula function.The encounter probability of rich-poor inflow is analysized by using optimized Copula function form.The encounter probability of rich-poor inflow of two water sources is got.(4)The joint regulation rules are formulated and joint regulation model is established besed on the structure and features of research system.The linprog optimization toolbox in MATALB software is used to solve the regulation model based on the features of regulation model.The regulation results is got under condition of different water source inflow.The effect of regulating reservoir on regulation results is got by comparing with scheduling results which regulating reservoir does not participatre.The regulating reservoir make the utilization rate of South-to-North Water Transfer Project increase 9% and the utilization rate of Yellow River increase 74.3% at the most extent.The regulating reservoir also make the reservoir increment increase 27.69 million m3,the water supply assurance rate of Shiyuan water plant and Baimiao water plant increase 17.1%,the water supply assurance rate of Liuwan water plant incease 6.9%.
