| With the development of aviation technology,people demand more and more lightweight materials,CFRP is widely applied to the aviation manufacturing industry because of its excellent performance.For the milling technology of CFRP materials,the domestic and foreign research present situation of CFRP milling technology have been learned,according to consult the relevant literature.To carry out experiments of milling process of CFRP,machining parameters and machining tool attitude were studied,work accomplished and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the literature review and the mechanical properties test,the characteristics,structure and cutting performance of CFRP used in the field of aeronautics are analyzed.The machining adaptability of different kinds of cutting tools was analyzed for the cutting of the material.(2)The test platform of CFRP milling is established,and milling tool is selected to carry out the milling experiment.The CFRP material processed surface quality is difficult to discribe,in this paper,select the proportion and the maximum length of burrs defect as a quantitative assessment of factors,collected 57 groups of processed surface quantity using the universal tool microscope.The cutting force data of the 57 groups were collected by the dynamometer.(3)According to the statistical method,the regression analysis and max-min difference analysis of the milling force data are carried out.Through the analysis of the data,the influence of processing parameters on milling force was found.(4)The data of cutting force and processed surface quality are normalized.Cutting parameters are optimized by Matlab program,and the results are verified by production.(5)According to the cutting experiment with inclined tool,milling method is optimized.Two kinds of experiments are designed,one is forward milling,the other is roll milling.The test results let us find that:In the process of CFRP milling,forward milling had a negative effect on the processed quality;but roll milling is conducive to inhibit the generation of burrs,and put forward the relevant theoretical basis.And then,the conclusion was that 20° is the best roll angle of tools under the current working conditions has been found out.Based on research above,cutting parameters of CFRP milling are optimized,and proves that oblique milling has a great influence on the processed quality.Forward milling has a negative effect on the processed quality,but roll milling is conducive to inhibit the generation of burrs. |
