With the fast development of computer technology and network communication technology,especially the development of comprehensively automatic monitoring system,microcomputer protection device,and smart monitoring system,the research and development spaces of comprehensively automatic railway electric transformer and distribution system are broadened and people pay more an more attention to its research and development.As a result,research on the design and realization of comprehensively automatic railway 35/10kV electric transformer and distribution system possesses great theoretic and practical significance.This thesis mainly researches the way to apply computer technology,network communication technology,especially microcomputer monitoring and protection device,and smart monitoring technology etc to the comprehensively automatic railway electric transformer and distribution system so as to realize integral function,micro-computerized structure,screen operation and monitoring,smart operation management,to improve the operation efficiency and quality,to strengthen the management quality,and to realize unmanned management.The comprehensively automatic railway electric transformer and distribution system employs the full-distribution open structure which is applied more mature recently.And it is composed by three parts:firstly the measure and control unit of disperse protection in wall,secondly the main control unit in station level,and thirdly the background monitoring system.All devices can protect and monitor the main equipment independently and all system functions can be accomplished without the network and can accomplish independent.Through researching the operation conditions of Chinese comprehensively automatic railway 35/10kV electric transformer and distribution system and integrating the electrical design and construction conditions,this thesis proposes a new type comprehensively automatic railway system structure.Suc new system structure includes three levels,namely management level,unit level and unit level.Among which the management level mainly contains the supervisors of the system,and unit level mainly includes DSP database controller and digital output module.Instead of traditional master control room,the electric transformer and distribution system sets the management level and unit level's equipment at the same high-pressure chamber,which can save the floor space,decrease the number of lays of twisted-pair or multimode fiber shielding,and decrease the project cost and construction difficulty.Based on analysis to the basic functions and organs of the system,this thesis integrates remote communication technology and internet technology etc to realize the communication function of remote systems and to realize the convenient exchange of monitoring information.
