With the rapid development of urban economic construction,the problem of resource utilization of construction waste has been paid more and more attention by scholars.Combined with the current urban road soft soil roadbed common approach,the study of construction waste in the soft soil subgrade application is necessary.This paper mainly studies the application of concrete slag material pile in soft soil roadbed.Combined with engineering examples to carry out the relevant experimental research and numerical simulation.Which provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the popularization and application of the composite roadbed of the building waste.(1)This paper describes the current situation of construction waste and its hazards,the application of construction waste recycling at home and abroad,the application of construction waste as recycled aggregate in road construction.(2)In this paper,the reinforcement mechanism,common ring-break model,calculation theory of bearing capacity and settlement calculation of composite foundation of building waste pile are studied.(3)In this paper,the compressive modulus of the aggregate of construction waste is measured indoors,and the compressive modulus of the composite foundation of the construction waste composite pile with different replacement rate is measured and compared.It is concluded that the aggregate of construction waste can satisfy the material.(4)A brief description of the construction technology of the discrete material pile is carried out.The load test of composite foundation of construction waste material pile was carried out.By plotting the p-s curve and the s-lgt curve,it is concluded that the bearing capacity of single pile composite foundation is 192 kPa,which indicates that the pile of construction material can meet the design requirements of subgrade bearing capacity.(5)Using ABAQUS finite element method to simulate the composite roadbed of building waste material pile.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the field test values,indicating that the model is reasonable.This paper analyzesthe influence of different pile diameter,pile length and compressive modulus of pile on the bearing capacity and deformation of pile.
