Research Of CFG Pile Composite Foundation Applied In Nan Yang Region

Along with all over our country urbanization advancement's high speed development, construction sites has become tighter, the high-rise construction has become urban construction's leadership, along with the height of building increases, the construction load increases inevitably, has a higher request to the ground supporting capacity, the traditional ground treatment technology often cannot satisfy the request of the high supporting capacity, the pile foundation has a higher capacity, but its cost is higher and construction period is longer, CFG pile composite foundation is a new method that handled the weak foundation in recent years, because of its simple process, with timber economic environment, low cost and good effect of reinforcement and so on, has rapidly expanded in China, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.This article outlined the necessity and the important meaning of ground treatment, summarized the concept and classifies of the compound ground and analyzed its reinforcement principle, pointed out the difference of CFG pile composite foundation and traditional pile foundation and summarized the merit of CFG pile compound ground, had a brief discussion to CFG pile's rigidity; analyzed the process and the method of the CFG single pile compound ground static load experiment, summarized four representative stratum region in Nanyang area and selected the typical projects of the CFG pile compound foundation engineering example to analysis, provided a drawing and reference for the further application of this technology; established the CFG pile and earth simplification finite element model through the software of finite element ANSYS, analysised and compared the simulation subsidence quantity with the subsidence quantity of static load experiment, the result indicated that it's feasibility to analysis and forecasts the CFG pile composite foundation supporting capacity; studied the main technical aspects of the Auger Drilling Pump Pressure CFG pile, summarized the quality detection project of the CFG pile compound composite foundation; analyzed and calculated the construction quality assurance project to the CFG pile compound foundation of Nanyang Han Jing Yuan attached building3 and carried on the appraisal to its reinforcement effect; through the comparison analysis of the technical and economic to this engineering example, the specific data showed its superiority in the economic and social benefits, construction period and construction process and other aspects, finally, the author unified the experience which obtained in the massive project practice, analyzed and discussed the choice of construction craft, the order of piling and the retention length of pile in the CFG pile compound ground engineering application, summarized some mature experiences, will have certain instruction and the reference significance to its project application in the future.In view of the fact that the CFG pile composite foundation in Nanyang area's widespread application, this article summarized the both banks of the Baihe River, Nanyang center city, the high and new zone, the west hillock four typical stratum regions, may provides certain technical guidance and the reference value for the CFG pile compound ground project application in Nanyang and other areas.
