Research On The Condition Based Maintenance Of Electric Power Equipment Based On Historical Data

Equipment maintenance is an important organizational activities in power system,through the maintenance of power system equipment,will be involved in all aspects of the whole power system,is not only a good maintenance scheme can greatly reduce the cost of the way of enterprise,but also an important foundation to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.In this paper,after the analysis of the existing maintenance program,in view of the shortcomings of the existing maintenance strategy,in theory,to explore a new condition based maintenance strategy,based on the historical data of the state maintenance.Expected to achieve the operating time of the equipment,the maintenance time is more accurate grasp and reasonable arrangement.By analyzing the structure characteristics of the equipment,the relationship between the quantity and the equipment status,the qualitative and quantitative research of equipment information,the classification modeling and quantification,a new state maintenance model based on historical data is established.After the classification of the status of the equipment to quantify,the control of historical data retrieval,view the history of information in the maintenance of time,with reference to retrieve the data,calculated the estimated time of maintenance.According to the forecast maintenance time,and equipment cost impact and other information,there is a flexible strategy for the maintenance of the strategy.State maintenance based on historical data,not only has the advantages of state maintenance,testing equipment in information,understand the equipment condition,but also make full use of the historical data,to achieve not only can ensure the security and stability of power system,but also can simultaneously taking economic maintenance.
