In recent years,with the development of economy in our country,the demand for mineral resources is increasing rapidly.Compared to the past,the consumption of coal as an indispensable source of energy increased dramatically and the coal mining depth is increasing.And it brings challenges to the construction period and safety of mining roadway.So the Shield/TBM method has become an effective method for the construction of long inclined shaft in coal mine.Deeply buried and long distance are the characteristics for the shield tunnel in coal mine.The stratigraphic condition and the stress field of surrounding rock are more complex for the shield tunnel.On the one hand,the shield tunnel is designed for a long service life,so the influence of the creep of surrounding rock on the stress of shield tunnel lining structure can not be ignored as the time goes on.On the other hand,there will be a shield tail gap in the shield tunnel construction,in order to prevent the soil around the segment to loose,we need synchronous grouting and post grouting timely.The change of mechanical properties for the slurry will affect the stress of the lining structure during the hardening process as a part of the load-bearing structure.It will be a practical significance to study the mechanism of the influence of rock creep and slurry hardening on the shield tunnel lining structure.With the Bulianta coal incline as engineering background,the variation laws of the grout properties of shield tunnel wall with slurry water cement ratio and CS volume ratio are gained through the slurry test.We establish a numerical model to simulate the mechanical characteristics of shield mine incline based on the creep of surrounding rock and synchronous slurry hardening and have gained the mechanics and distortion laws of incline lining.So it will provide some theoretical basis for the tunnel construction.
