This thesis used nowadays advanced achievements of shield technology and combined with characteristics of oil and gas pipeline to analysis the reliability of segment lining. the construction of segment lining completed, it would always bear the full load from the shield tunnel, maintained the stability of soil body, and prevented groundwater flow inside the tunnel, at the same time in the construction process in order to push into the shield machine, it also beard the thrust and wall necessary jack post grouting pressure, therefore the segment lining of shield tunnel reliability analysis has very important significance. This thesis relied on the South Tan Sea shield tunnel engineering, analysis and study on the reliability of tunnel lining. The main research contents of this thesis:(1)According to the tunnel through different soil layers this thesis will used ANSYS to calculate three conditions, then through comparative analysis to select the most adverse conditions, and then through the PDS module in ANSYS, using the Monte Carlo method and Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) analysis of the tunnel lining reliability simulation after excavation.(2)Based on the reliability analysis of shield tunnel segment lining, this thesis had34random input variables (segment lining thickness, formation parameters etc.), and3random output variables (maximum segment displacement, maximum and minimum stresses), and analyzed the sensitivity of each input random variables on the reliability of segment lining, the final conclusion was that shield tunnel lining was reliable.(3)This thesis also conducted the anti floating calculation. At last this thesis briefly probed into the random variables in reliability calculation of segment lining process reduction techniques.
