In recent years,with great achievement made in China's economic construction and the increasingly improved living standards,water resource scarcity and pollution tend to be more serious,especially in the northern China.Under such a circumstance,building reclaimed water plants helps solve the water pollution and make waste profitable,thereby increasing water supply.As urbanization develops,the suburban counties,villages and towns demand more reclaimed water plants.For plants construction,the design is the technical and economic document guiding proposed project to prepare and implement construction,in which construction scheme is the core.Directly,a construction scheme can affect the project costs,schedule and quality.A project usually involves a long construction time,numerous details and strong unexpected interference,so it is vital to organize civil engineering construction orderly and scientifically.In the current project management,often different construction team will have different construction scheme,construction scheme selection process involves many factors,hard choices,how to scientifically demonstrated each scheme,determine the optimal solution the current problem.The research shows that the method of using weighted method is one of the few studies on the construction of civil engineering.In this background,this paper,which is based on a recycled water projects,based on the geographical location and scale,the engineering geological environment,the difficult point of the project existence;After the draw up three schemes comparison,established the project management organization and construction target,analysis the construction preparation plan and the major construction technology;Finally,considering the engineering applicability,reliability and durability,quality,safety,civilization construction guarantee measures are put forward,to ensure that the project construction successfully to achieve goals.
