Fetal monitoring is the important mean to ensure the safety of perinatal pregnant women and fetus,and to achieve prenatal and postnatal care.It has been widely used in clinical at home and abroad.The fetal electrocardiogram(FECG)is the source signal of the cardiac activity.The changes in the shape of FECG occurred earlier and more quickly than fetal heart and fetal sounds,and so on.So FECG has important application value in fetal heart monitoring.With the continuous development of the new generation of technology and the growing popularity of 3G,4G and wifi and the rapid development of m-health and telemedicine,higher requirements are raised for the portability and mobility of monitoring terminals.An intelligent information prenatal monitoring system concluding “FECG acquisition” and “iOS system intelligent device APP” are designed and exploited in this thesis.This system is based on the embedded terminal and iOS intelligent terminal and other terminals.It can achieve the high accuracy and long distance monitoring of fetal ECG signal and the reliable extraction of FECG signal.The main work of this thesisare as follows:(1)The basic theory of FECG and the analysis of the progress at home and abroad.The system program of this thesis and the theoretical basisfor follow-up work are determined through the basic theory and specific characteristics of FECG and the relevant progress at home and abroad.(2)The design of the hardware of FECG acquisition terminal.The corresponding requirements of this system and the of the hardware module are obtained according to the analysis of the characteristics of FECG.Mini2440 and ADS1298 are used for the main development platform and the front-end analog chip,respectively.The LCD peripheral circuit and the power circuit and the peripheral circuit of ADS1298 and the front-end pretreatment circuit are designed and implemented aiming to both characteristics.(3)The design of the software of FECG.The embedded software development environment is built with Linux3.19.2 kernel.The ADS1298 driver is designed by analyzing the SPI driver architecture of the kernel.The corresponding Qt interface application program is designed using the interface provided by the driver.It can realize that the display of personal data,the display of the waveform of the data,the playback of the historical record,the uploading of the data and the local storage.(4)the design and development of FECG iOS software.The overall architecture of iOS client is designed by analyzing the needs of users.The main function if iOS client is to monitor and evaluate the function of the client,which is similar to the acquisition terminal can realize the display and storage of FECG data and the editing of personal data.(5)Determination and implementation of FECG extraction algorithm.The pure FECG data can't be got due to the data collected from the lead are mixed data.The algorithm is determined based on the analysis of the characteristics of FECG and maternal ECG and it can be integrated into the embedded software.Finally,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB.The FECG acquisition and analysis system based on the above work can meet the requirements of mobile medical equipment.It has the characteristics of real-time data acquisition,easy operation and data sharing and so on.It fully meet the requirements of the current fetal monitoring system.
