The development of high-precision FECG acquisition system is a necessary prerequisite for FECG monitoring. ADS129x are a group of high-precision integrated chips which are launched recently and cater to the bioelectrical acquisition. They all integrate programmable amplifier, multi-channel synchronous 24-bit ADC and so on. Therefore they can greatly facilitate the design of bioelectrical acquisition systemIn this paper, the multi-lead FECG acquisition system based on ADS129x is studied and designed. At first, the internal structure of ADS 1298 is introduced. Then the paper designs the entire FECG acquisition system with the integrated chip ADS1298 and describes the former part of the system in detail. This is the second chapter. In Chapter 3, it is introduced the microcontroller C8051F320 of the entire system. And there is a detailed description of the SPI communication between microcontroller and ADS1298, and the USB communication between microcontroller and PC.The software is programmed. Finally, the acquisition system is tested with some experiments. After testing, it is found that the system has low noise, high precision and complete function.It should be able to meet the basic requirements of the FECG acquisition. The Chapter 4 analyzes the above implemented FECG acquisition system and finds some problems. For the problems, some advices are put forward and the ADS1298 FECG acquisition system with additional amplifier is designed. And some tests have also been done for the system. The fifth chapter summarizes the full paper and prospects the further work.
