With the rapid development of automobile economy,the traffic congestion of urban road is becoming a common phenomenon,then the electric vehicles and electric motorcyclesa and scooter have the advantages of simple operation,no pollution,no noise and cheap price,and they become the transportation of choice for people to travel.Because of the large number of electric vehicles and electric motorcycles and scooters led to management difficulties,caused by the increase in traffic accidents,and electric vehicles and electric motorcycles and scooters are easily lost.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the design of the monitoring system based on Beidou electric motorcycle,and realizes the scientific management of electric motorcycles,so this design has certain engineering application value.According to the strategic demand of national security development,this paper based on China's independent research and development of Beidou technology as a platform,the electric motorcycle monitoring system is designed,with single-chip microcomputer ATmega64 as the main chip,the target Beidou positioning,data reading analysis,storage,coordinate conversion,map matching,vehicle management,electronic enclosure and other functions are realized.The front-end Circuit module comprises a sensing unit,a control unit,a wireless transmission unit and a auxiliary unit.The function of the Beidou location data receiving and abnormal vibration monitoring is realized in the sensing unit,and the function of burglar alarm and data storage is realized in the auxiliary unit.The Wireless transmission unit realizes the function of the position signal and the monitoring platform communication.The software platform based on LABWINDOWS/CVI monitoring system mainly includes Beidou positioning unit,Map Management Unit,Vehicle Management Unit,document management Unit and precision Correction unit.It realizes the function of data reading parsing,storage,coordinate transformation,map matching,vehicle intelligent management,electronic surround block and so on.In view of the influence of the external interference on the monitoring target trajectory,a modified method based on Kalman trajectory deviation is proposed,a correction model of uniform motion is established,the correction trajectory of moving target is predicted,and the feasibility of the modified algorithm is verified by simulation.The field test results show that the positioning accuracy reaches 2.5 meters within the100 meters test range.The system basically achieves the expected function.
