As a common source of power,Compressed air was widely used in many fluid industries and its energy consumption takes up 10% of the total power consumption in the whole industry process.Domestic and overseas scholars has carried out many researches from the aspects of air compressor transformation,systems optimization,controller design,and significant energy saving was obtained.Based on above research,further energy saving work was focused on in this thesis.The main work of this paper is listed in the following parts.(1)The former research work and the information of compressor manufacturers in the field of air compression system were summarized,and then according to our country's compressed air use,the energy consumption problems of our compressed air system were pointed out.From the gas production,gas pipelines and air consumption summarized current industry commonly used energy saving measures,the load/unload control,sequencing control,inverter control and other basic controlling mode were analyzed.(2)From the operation mechanism of the system,the single non inverter screw compressor was taken as the air supply device,established the inlet valve,energy consumption,displacement,tank,gas pipeline leak,cooler math model;According to MATLAB simulation analyzed the non-inverter system operation process.For further research on the air compressor fleet energy saving strategy,building the variable frequency air compression system performance model equation,and the frequency conversion control was analyzed through the simulation.(3)For the single non-inverter compressed air system,the relation of the system unload pressure and system energy consumption in the control of load and unload was analyzed,under the constant load,and based on the valve load,the system automatic adjustment the optimal unload pressure have been put forward,which strategy can make the energy consumption minimum;For the non-inverter fleet of the compressed air system,the cascade control operational process was analyzed when the system is on the load variation;For the frequency group control,the paper analysis the load changes in a large range under adopt the PID control advantages and disadvantages,and a strategy that combine automatic control theory of the PID with variable integral have been put forward,the simulation shows that the method can reduce the system energy consumption,and get a better control results.(4)In order to study the practical of the energy saving about the fleet of the compressor,the piston and variable screw air compressor were selected to built up the device.the siemens PLC was taken as the core,from the PLC acquire the real time tank temperature,pressure,exhaust,and through the ladder diagram build some control code;upper computer is on the VS2012 platform,using objects algorithm and take C# language development,data acquisition,curve display,data preservation,analysis energy saving and other function has been realized.(5)For the experimental facility performed comprehensive debug,from the facility complete preliminary various validation experiments,such as load/unload control,cascade control experiment and frequency conversion experiment.At present,the device operates reliably and it supports a variety of openness and energy saving experiments.
